Memory Time

I saw this on a few of my friend's blogs and thought it looked like fun. Go on.....leave me a memory!

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Good job narrowing down on mine...I will try to do the same. There are just so many good ones!

1)Wanting so badly to be your friend at CDJH. You were hilarious and always seemed so happy!

2)Playing soccer together. You always made me feel good about myself and that I was an okay player. You are such a great leader & friend!

3)Taking baths in our swimsuits at USU. SOOOOOOOOO many USU good times.

4)Cookiefest 2000, Aggie b-ball games, & just getting together after we were married. I'm glad our hubbies get along so well, even if we don't get to play enough.

5)Oh ya, I won't get too detailed, but all the laughs we have had since the fateful day at Katie's when our dear friend used an all too graphic hand gesture when telling a story! hahaha

Thanks for all the great memories...& I know more will come!

I was actually going through some old things, and came up with like 25 notes that you and I had exchanged. We folded them up all cutesy, and said silly things likee BFF, I Heart Josh, You heart Roger, etc. They are pretty funny. We did say that we would be friends forever, and would never forget each other. I guess it really came true.
I love reading your blog and getting to know you all over again.

It's so hard to think of just one memory. I guess my greatest memory with you was when we went to Russia together.
-spending the night in the airport.
-long talks about your missionary.
-running through the parks.
-finding our way on the metro.
-you getting scared at the top of the tv tower.
-going to the ballet.
and so much more...
Thanks so much for letting me tag along. I don't know if we would be as close as we are if it weren't for that trip.

I loved sitting my you in Lace. You are so witty and funny and just would make me laugh all the time. I was always so jealous of your buffness and wished I was half as naturally pretty as you are. Also, whenever I think about you I think about your mom. She was my room's chaperone our senior year on the choir trip and she was SO FUN too! No wonder you are so awesome! :)

SO many... maybe I will just pick one from each decade.

I remember in preschool that you would cry everyday until they had to call your parents to come pick you up. funny how much you have always just wanted to be home.

When you lived in Mt View and I was trying to bribe you to come stay the week with me in Rawlins. "Come on Maggie you can have your own fun dip." One time you said you would come and we made it about ten miles down the road and had to take you back home.

so many summers at your house. I love being with you and your family it seemed like we were always laughing.(the later summers not the ones when Penny and I ditched you)

In college laughing and laughing about pioneers having white boards or something like that. We probably went on about it for a good hour and Penny said "you guys kill every joke." I loved that we both found lame things really funny.

I am so glad that we are family and that we have also been able to be good friends.

Thanks for the memories I miss those times!

Hmmm, probably Lace. Some of my memories are of what good friends you were with Lichelle when we were in Lace. You were such fun to hang out with. I remember when you and Nick were dating, and for some reason I remember drama being associated with that. Not sure exactly why. :)

I have many memories. There are some random ones that I think of at the strangest moments...like walking to maverick to buy bazooka gum, you sleeping with your arm up in the air, just sitting around your house in Layton laughing with you and your siblings and cousins. You were all so nice to let me hang around!

Remember the summer before 9th grade, meeting in the morning to run or ride bikes. You waiting patiently on the Kaysville overpass and me waiting for a train. I got sick of waiting and chucked my bike between the freight cars, where it got stuck... then the train started moving! and many other fond memories:)

Well, my memories don't go real far back but I enjoyed it when you came to my Super Bowl party. I really enjoyed letting the kids play together and playing games with you guys. Scrap booking was fun too!

Okay, where to begin? There have been so many it's hard to name just a few!

I remember the MTC and shoving an orange in your mouth so you couldn't scream. I remember also again at the MTC, a large cup and a bus stop, and some peeing going on. Do you remember? Oh, again at the MTC, you disguising yourself and pretending to be "running" amongst some missionaries, one of which we knew and loved. Oh what fun!!

I also remember being at your house with Blaine and him dressing up singing a song from Mulan or some Disney show and you and I just laughing so hard 'til we cried!

Then there's the WWWF that involved many of our friends. I remember you biting my forearm and me never giving up my pinchers of power! We were tough back in the day - you still are! Me, not so much!

Anyway, tons and tons to remember!!Thanks for all the fun!

Girls State baby!!!!
You were so fun and happy all the time. Remember our leader, I don't know why but her name is stuck in my head for all time--Kate Lambson--she was a beast.

I remember hanging out before Joseph came home from his mission and talking about how scared we were for boys to come home. You dating Nate, and then hooking up with Jason. There must have been lots of love in the air at someone's wedding for you to get hooked so fast. I remember you staying at our house and eating granola and some other cereal straight out of the bag all weekend long.

I remember in Jr High you, me and I think Elisa putting Kool-Aid in bowls and licking it out like dogs and have a contest who could do it the fastest.

I remember watching you work out at the field house and thinking you were one seriously tough girl. I always thought that had I not met Katie Barlow (thru Steve) I would have met Katie and her friends and we would have been friends. Does that make sense?

I remember the first time I met you. I was hanging out with Nate and he took me to your dorm. When I met you I thought, "Cool. A soccer chick. We will definitely get-along." I am so glad we had the chance to get to know each other better in the married's ward and still keep in touch. You rock!
